about

in a world where garments are replaced before they’re even worn, binki is a reminder that a garment can be more than just a trend, more than just a moment. clothing that is intentional. personal. meant to last. free from binaries, assumptions, and limitations.

i work with denim slowly and thoughtfully, letting each piece take shape in its own time. every fabric and trim is carefully sourced with sustainability in mind, honoring both the earth and the person who will wear it.

in my boat atelier in amsterdam, designs begin digitally in clo3d. patterns are refined and tested virtually to reduce waste, and only once they are ready are they printed and transferred to fabric. when mockups are needed, they’re made from unbleached organic cotton or leftover fabric. nothing is outsourced, nothing is rushed. denim and cottons comes from deadstock or certified mills known for ethical, sustainable, high-quality production. every stitch is carefully placed with not more than three machines in the construction process.

each piece is made-to-order or made-to-measure. you can follow the measuring guide online or book an appointment for help. every garment is shaped specifically for the body it will belong to, carrying traces of the time, patience, and hands behind it.

in a world that moves fast, binki chooses to move slower, more intimate.

each piece takes 2–4 weeks to complete. not as a delay, but as part of the essential process and the time that is put into it. a reminder that good things take time, and that the wait is part of the value.
